Birchler

The following is a release from the Toms River Police Department:

We are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a female who is alleged to be involved in criminal activity.

On the afternoon of January 7, several vehicles were broken into at Riverwood Park. As parents watched their children at the sports complex, an unknown person smashed out car windows and removed property.

Several purses, credit cards, cash, and check books were removed. Subsequently, surveillance images observed a white female utilizing the stolen checks at three Ocean First Bank branches in Hammonton, Little Egg and Mays Landing, New Jersey.

This female suspect is driving a gray, Nissan mini-van and may reside out of our immediate area.

Anyone with information should contact Detective Mark Bajada at 732-349-0150 extension 1241 or [email protected]
