Two people were injured when a driver careened into a Red Bank office building Thursday morning.

Police say the vehicle was on Riverside Avenue around 10:30 a.m. when the driver left the roadway and struck the front of the former VNA Health Group headquarters.

Firefighters extricated the two occupants, a 50-year-old man and a 71-year-old woman, and transported them to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

No one was injured inside the building.

An investigation is ongoing.
